About the AssignmentAs a Quality Engineer, you will become an important part of the daily production operations and serve as production's specialist support in quality matters related to purchased materials. You are responsible for ensuring that deviations are handled quickly and efficiently to minimize impact on production and deliveries. The role involves close collaboration with production, procurement, engineering, and supplier quality, where you both resolve acute quality issues and drive long-term improvements in processes and working methods. This is a role for you who thrives in operations, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to combine operational quality work with continuous improvement efforts. Key ResponsibilitiesIn the role, you will, among other things: Support production in quality assessments of purchased materials. Manage material deviations in the production environment. Drive complaints and root cause analyses together with suppliers and Supplier Quality. Ensure that corrective and preventive measures are identified, implemented, and followed up. Participate in and drive improvement projects related to quality, processes, and production flows. Contribute to development of quality procedures, working methods, and processes. Collaborate closely with production, procurement, engineering, and other quality functions. We Are Looking for YouWho has: At least 3 years of experience in quality work within production or manufacturing industry. Relevant academic education or equivalent work experience. Good knowledge in deviation management, root cause analyses, 8D, and risk analyses. A structured and thorough working approach and a solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work operationally with many contact points and create good collaboration between different functions. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
