Company Presentation We are now recruiting a Quality Engineer – Internal Qualifications for our client Siemens Energy, a global leader in the energy sector, for an assignment at their site in Finspång. The company is an established partner in the energy sector thanks to its high-tech and innovative product development, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities. This is initially a consulting assignment of 6 months through Unik Resurs with excellent opportunities for extension. We conduct continuous selection, which means the assignment may be filled before the final application deadline. Tasks and Responsibilities As a Quality Engineer, you are responsible for leading and coordinating internal product and process qualifications (IPPQ) within manufacturing. You drive the qualification work from start to finish and serve as a cohesive link between several different parts of the organization. The work is conducted in close collaboration with a cross-functional team consisting of design, production engineering, planning, operators, and procurement quality, among others. Your main tasks include: Lead and coordinate internal product and process qualifications, IPPQ. Plan, structure, and follow up qualification activities from start to approved results. Coordinate activities between different functions within the organization. Ensure that qualifications are conducted according to applicable processes, quality requirements, and timelines. Identify and drive corrective actions for deviations or risks. Contribute to the development of robust and quality-assured manufacturing processes. Provide active support to production on quality-related matters. Your Profile To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience from manufacturing industry and production and are accustomed to working in an environment where multiple functions need to be coordinated. We would like to see that you have: Experience with qualifications, PPQ, IPPQ, or equivalent process-driven projects. Experience from manufacturing industry. Practical experience from production, which is a requirement for this role. Good understanding of quality assurance and manufacturing processes. Ability to lead and drive complex activities without formal line responsibility. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different functions and competencies.
