We are now seeking a Quality Engineer for our site in Karlsborg! In the role of Quality Engineer, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by contributing to quality assurance within the unit while being offered a position with many points of contact. About the Role As a Quality Engineer, you will be an important part of ensuring the quality of our products. The role involves close collaboration with quality control specialists, procurement, and other functions to ensure that products and materials meet the company's requirements. You will work with analyzing deviations, identifying root causes, and contributing to long-term quality improvements in our processes. Responsibilities and tasks include, among other things: Review and monitor quality control of manufactured products and components. Conducts quality investigations and root cause analyses when deviations are identified. Support the company in implementing corrective and preventive measures. Establish and maintain control instructions and quality documentation. Initiate and drive improvement activities within the operational area together with related areas. Our Candidate We are looking for someone with experience investigating quality deviations and working methodically with root cause analyses to identify and prevent recurring problems. We would like it if you: Have experience with similar tasks within quality, production, environment, or related areas. Have worked in the manufacturing industry. Have technical education or equivalent experience. Have a strong command of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. To thrive in this role, you are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You are communicative, collaborate well with others, and have a high quality awareness. You handle multiple parallel issues in a calm and methodical manner.
