Quality Controller with Focus on School and Education

Kunskapsskolan's headquarters is seeking a Quality Controller with focus on school and education We are now looking for an analytical, driven, and pedagogically-minded quality controller with a focus on school and education. In this role, you will be the hub connecting in-depth quality analysis with practical process management and operational support to take our elementary and secondary schools to the next level! As a quality controller at Kunskapsskolan, you will be part of a department collectively responsible for systematic quality work, teaching development, and student health initiatives. The department is led by Quality and Development Manager Maria Szabo. About the role As a quality controller, you have a central and strategic function in our organization. You provide close and professional support within the object model based on the specific needs of pedagogical operations. Your assignment involves collecting, analyzing, and visualizing quality data. You also serve as a process manager for some of our central digital systems. Key responsibilities: Quality analysis and monitoring: Collect, compile, and conduct in-depth analysis of quality data and school results. You develop the strategic foundations that guide the organization's and school management's systematic quality work. Process management within the object model: Act as process and object manager for some of our digital system support tools. Evaluation and environmental monitoring: Follow up on how digital components are used in relation to goal achievement, and monitor digital development in relation to legal requirements and school law. Qualifications and requirements: Education: Relevant post-secondary education in statistics or economics, or other qualifications deemed equivalent. Experience: Documented experience in process management, object management, or system administration. It is advantageous if you have experience working with and analyzing quality data within the school or education sector. System competence: Strong knowledge in managing and administering digital systems. Analytical and pedagogical ability: You are highly skilled at handling large amounts of data and identifying patterns, but also have the ability to translate complex statistics into clear, pedagogical, and useful insights for the organization. Strong Excel skills; experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Hypergene is advantageous. Experience with tools such as SPSS, R, or Python for data management and survey analysis. Experience with Google tools is advantageous. Who are you? Since you will work as close support to both operations managers and principals, you are skilled at collaborating and explaining technical or statistical relationships in a simple and inspiring way.
