JOB DUTIES
Your assignment includes working together with the unit manager to follow up and oversee quality work in your work group. This includes monitoring compliance with guidelines and procedures, ensuring the work group works toward achieving the facility's established goals. As a quality assurance nursing assistant, you are part of the work group and also perform regular care work. In your work, you will collaborate with other quality assurance nursing assistants at the facility. Your assignment includes coaching and mentoring staff in the work group for which you are responsible as a quality assurance nursing assistant.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. You must be able to present professional credentials. You have experience and knowledge of care and support services. You have the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have good computer skills.

Probationary employment may be applied. Karlskrona Municipality works with full-time as the standard and offers 100% employment rate but with the possibility of part-time work. Work hours are scheduled for daytime and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends. Karlskrona Municipality works with collaboration shifts, which means that part of the work time may be performed at another workplace.
