This could be your next step! Our offer! As Quality Assurance Manager with us, you'll have a key role in driving and developing the firm's quality work. You'll work both strategically and operationally, with many contact points – both internally in the organization and internationally. You will have overall responsibility for planning, implementing and monitoring quality work in accordance with ISQM 1 and relevant regulations, in close collaboration with the Risk Manager, management and operations. The role involves broad responsibility where you combine a holistic perspective with operational work, ensure that reporting and follow-up occur correctly and on time, and continuously contribute to strengthening quality in operations. In the role, you are responsible for, among other things: Drive and develop quality work in accordance with ISQM 1, including annual reviews, documentation and international reporting Responsible for and further develop internal quality controls within audit, accounting/payroll and tax, in line with FAR regulations Contribute to strengthening Nordic cooperation on quality controls to streamline processes and working methods Support the organization on quality issues through guidance, training initiatives and ongoing dissemination of information regarding regulations and changes Collaborate with internal and external parties, including quality committees, supervisory authorities and Forvis Mazars Group, and participate in reviews and follow-ups Participate in the firm's risk management work as part of the Risk Management group and present matters to the management group and board as needed The corporate culture at Forvis Mazars is characterized by an entrepreneurial spirit with room for ideas, close teamwork and a friendly and learning-oriented approach. Further, we are looking for someone who has: Very strong knowledge of auditing Are or have been a Certified Auditor and have at least five years of experience Very strong knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written Good knowledge of ISQM 1 and experience working with quality assurance systems in firm operations Experience with quality control work at both engagement level and firm level Experience from work within FAR and/or Revisorsinspektionen is a merit Knowledge of and experience with PCAOB regulations is a merit Your future workplace The position is preferably located in Stockholm, but placement can also be at one of our eight other offices depending on what suits you best.
