Responsibilities As a quality manager, you will have a central specialist role with significant responsibility. You drive and develop quality work and ensure that production and analytical activities maintain high quality and meet requirements according to accreditation, internal procedures, and customer requirements. The position will initially combine quality work with laboratory production work and will develop over time into a dedicated quality role. Your responsibilities include, among other things: Managing the department's quality work Ensuring that the operation meets requirements according to accreditation and internal procedures Managing deviation handling, root cause analyses, and improvement work Working with statistical monitoring and analyses, for example measurement uncertainty and trend analyses Participating in internal and external audits Supporting the operation in quality and process matters Driving process development and improvement projects We are looking for you who We place great importance on your personal qualities.
