Your new assignment
As Quality Manager, you'll have a broad and varied role where you both drive quality work and are responsible for parts of the company's internal operations and safety. Since the role is new, you'll have considerable freedom to shape working methods, routines, and processes – and you'll be the one creating structure and long-term sustainability in quality work.
You work closely with production, follow up on deviations, standardize working methods, and ensure that quality maintains a consistent and high level. The role is both operational and structural, making it perfect for you if you enjoy switching between analysis, routines, and practical work.
Examples of responsibilities
Build up and develop Demex's quality work
Create and implement routines, processes, and standards
Handle deviations, complaints, and root cause analyses
Conduct quality controls in production
Follow up on quality from production in Poland
Participate in ISO-related activities and audits
Develop templates and tools for complaints and follow-up
Coordinate internal inspections (compressors, machinery, forklifts, oil separators, etc.)
Ensure that all safety and security-related information, signage, and equipment in the operation are correct
Coordinate and follow up that facility-related measures are handled by the right internal or external parties
About you
We're looking for someone with experience in quality work in production who thrives in a role where you get to create structure and drive through routines. You're confident in communication, dare to set requirements, and aren't afraid to take charge. You enjoy being out in the operation, following up, checking, and ensuring that working methods are followed.
We believe you have
Experience with quality in manufacturing operations
Experience creating routines and processes
Experience conducting follow-up meetings
Experience in production or production engineering
Swedish and English – very good level
Monitor – a big plus
Polish – meriting
Several years of experience and confidence
