As Quality Manager, you will have a central role in Boxholms Profil's continued growth. You will have overall responsibility for developing, implementing, and following up on the company's quality work throughout the entire value chain, from suppliers to finished products. The role involves ensuring that processes are stable, controlled, and meet both internal requirements and customer-specific demands. This is an operations-focused role where you are expected to be out in the organization, create understanding, and engage employees in quality work. You report directly to the CEO and are part of the management team. Your main responsibilities: • Develop, manage, and improve the company's process-based management system for quality and operational control • Ensure stable processes with a focus on preventive work and continuous improvements • Lead and drive deviation management • Ensure that measures are implemented, followed up, and lead to long-term improvement • Plan and conduct internal and external audits • Develop work with risk analyses, process control, and preventive quality work • Be the contact person for quality matters with customers who have high demands for quality, traceability, and delivery reliability • Work closely with production, engineering, sales, and procurement to ensure quality at every stage • Participate in development projects and in the development of new products Your Profile We are looking for someone with several years of experience in quality work within manufacturing industry. You have worked close to operations with quality and thrive in a role where you can combine structure, analysis, and improvement work with extensive contact throughout the organization. You have experience with deviation management, root cause analysis, and process control, and understand the importance of documenting, following up, and learning from deviations. You preferably have experience from the automotive industry or other operations with high demands for structure and traceability. You communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English. As a person, you are engaged, communicative, and confident in your role. You work in a structured and fact-based manner, enjoy working close to operations, and have a natural ability to build trust. With a pedagogical and unpretentious approach, you bring others along in change and improvement work, while daring to challenge when needed. About the Company Boxholms Profil was founded in 1981 and is today one of Sweden's leading manufacturers of roll-formed steel profiles. Our products are used in several different industries, with customers primarily in the industrial, construction, furniture, energy, and automotive sectors. We are a family-owned company with approximately 35 employees, short decision-making processes, and a strong belief in the future. Through long-term investments in both employees and machinery, we are well-equipped for continued growth. We are now strengthening our position in the market for roll-formed steel profiles, which places higher demands on quality, processes, and traceability, making the Quality Manager role a key function in our continued development.
