We are now seeking a Quality Manager who wants to take on a key role in the company's business development.
Responsibilities As Quality Manager, you are responsible for developing and maintaining Linjemontage's management system and ensuring it is implemented in practice through clear working methods and close collaboration with operations. You lead the company's quality work, support the organization in change and improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. You work closely with project organizations and other support functions to create uniform working methods, strengthen the quality of our deliverables, and contribute to high customer satisfaction. Since Linjemontage operates in multiple countries, you also have a central role in coordinating and further developing the management system so it functions effectively across borders, while taking into account national requirements and local conditions.

The position reports directly to the KMA Manager and involves significant independent responsibility. You have the mandate to independently plan, drive, and implement improvement initiatives in close collaboration with operations. As a central function, you work cross-functionally in the organization and have an important role in developing processes, working methods, and quality culture throughout Linjemontage.
You have overall responsibility for the company's deviation management and ensure a structured approach from reporting to follow-up. The role includes developing the company's procedures for deviation management, supporting operations in root cause analyses, and ensuring that corrective and preventive actions are implemented and followed up.
Travel is part of the position as you will collaborate with operations and colleagues at our various offices, both nationally and internationally.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
• Relevant university or vocational education in quality, engineering, construction, or equivalent experience • Experience with quality work in project-oriented operations, preferably within construction and infrastructure projects • Experience working with and developing processes, routines, or management systems • Good knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 and understanding of practical application • Basic knowledge of Swedish occupational health and environmental legislation • Experience with deviation management and improvement work • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • B-category driver's license
