Description Do you want to contribute to developing education for the future and create the best possible conditions for children's and students' learning? We are now looking for an engaged and experienced quality and development coordinator at the Children's and Education Administration. As a quality and development coordinator, you have a central role in the administration's development work. You work closely with principals, operations managers and administration management and help ensure quality, equality and goal achievement in the operations. You function as qualified support in both development and follow-up work and have a coordinating function in several cross-administration issues. We offer a qualified and developmental assignment where you get the opportunity to influence and contribute to the development of educational activities. You become part of an engaged organization with a strong focus on quality and improvement work. Work Tasks In the position you will, among other things: Work in a team together with the administration management Support principals in implementing national reforms and governance documents Work with quality development and systematic quality work Be responsible for and coordinate work related to inspections and supervision Handle and follow up complaints in accordance with applicable legislation Prepare matters and documents for the board Coordinate cross-administration development initiatives Conduct environmental scanning and contribute to strategic development Participate in and initiate networks, both internally and externally Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: University degree with a focus on pedagogy or other education that the employer considers relevant for the assignment Documented experience of work in a school management position Completed state principal training Good knowledge of the school's governance system, legislation and current reforms Experience with quality and development work within the education sector Personal qualities To succeed in the role, you are strategic and analytical with a good ability to see the whole picture. You should be able to work independently and be structured with good prioritization skills. You should have good communication skills and find it easy to build trusting relationships. You are collaboration-oriented and experienced in working in complex organizations. You are also resourceful and proactive in development processes.
