RĪGAS ŪDENS SIA reg. no. 40103023035 invites to join COMPLIANCE AND PROCESS SPECIALIST Corporate Governance Department We invite a compliance and process specialist to join our team who will develop and improve the Company's process and compliance management system, promoting efficient, structured, and data-driven Company operations. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the maintenance and development of the process management system Mapping, analyzing, modeling, and improving business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements Coordinating the development, monitoring, and analysis of process performance indicators (KPIs) Analyzing process performance and developing proposals for process improvements, digitalization, and automation Monitoring the Company's compliance with external regulations, industry standards, and internal regulatory documents Identifying compliance risks and coordinating mitigation measures Coordinating the development, improvement, and updating of internal regulatory documents Preparing reports and recommendations to management for process and management improvements Collaborating with departments on process management, efficiency, and compliance matters Providing necessary information and documents during internal and external audits We expect that you have: Higher education in a relevant field Preferably at least 2 years of experience in process management, process analysis, compliance, or internal control Understanding of process management, compliance, and risk management principles Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills Excellent MS Office skills State language proficiency at C1 level We will consider the following as advantages: Experience in business process mapping, modeling, and improvement Experience in KPI development and process efficiency analysis Experience in ensuring compliance requirements and/or developing and improving internal regulatory documents Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies Experience in process digitalization and automation projects Experience using process management and modeling tools Experience in a capital company or capital company management field We offer you: An opportunity to significantly influence the development of the company's management processes Salary 2700 EUR (gross) Health insurance policy 5 additional paid days off and support in various life situations Professional development and training opportunities Work location: Zigfrīda Annas Meierovica Boulevard 1, Riga Please send your application (CV) in Latvian by clicking here: APPLY We will contact you if you are invited for a job interview.
