Quality Assurance Specialist / Automotive (German or English)

We are looking for an experienced colleague for the position of Quality Assurance Specialist in the automotive field. What will your responsibilities be? - Daily communication with customers in German or English. - Handling customer complaints and quality issues. - Coordination of corrective and preventive actions (8D). - Collaboration with production, project team, and other departments. - Analysis of root causes of non-conformances and implementation of quality improvement measures. - Participation in customer audits and support of internal audits. - Verification of compliance with quality standards in production. - Processing quality documentation and regular reporting. What do we expect from you? - Advanced knowledge of German or English language for daily communication with international customers. - Experience in quality management in the automotive industry. - Knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, PPAP, APQP) is a plus. - Familiarity with IATF 16949 requirements and customer standards. - Good organizational and communication skills. - Independence, responsibility, and proactive approach. - Knowledge of MS Office.
