Description The Department of Women's and Children's Health (KBH) is an international and multiprofessional department with a focus on health and well-being. The Department of Women's and Children's Health offers education in midwifery program, BMA program, physiotherapy program, occupational therapy program, medical program, master's program in global health, master's program in implementation, transformative learning and sustainability, nursing program, specialist nursing program in child and adolescent health, and a number of standalone/elective courses. We currently have one course coordinator and seven course administrators responsible for various programs/courses. You can read more about KBH on our website www.kbh.uu.se. We are seeking a course administrator who will primarily work within the medical program. Duties Course administration includes providing administrative support and service to teachers and students in educational administrative matters. Course administration includes, among other things, registering students in Ladok, uploading information in Studium, providing course information to students, booking facilities, creating course instances, administering exams and grade reporting. The course administrator works in close collaboration with course leaders and course assistants. You also maintain contact with study advisors, colleagues at other departments as well as regions and Academic Hospital regarding students' work-based training. Administration and arrangements related to meetings and other events may be part of the work. Other duties may be included within the scope of employment. Qualifications Relevant higher education, vocational training in the administrative field, or equivalent competence as assessed by the employer as equivalent, plus 1 year of documented relevant administrative experience. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English as working languages, both spoken and written, and good computer skills are further requirements for employment. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability such as good cooperation skills, organizational ability, service orientation, flexibility, very good communication skills, and experience with independent work. The work requires a structured working approach and a good ability to handle workload peaks. Desirable/Meriting Experience Experience working with course administration at a university/college and experience using Ladok and Studium/other educational platform is meriting.
