Those of us who work at Syncentralen are optometrists, vision educators, curators, technicians and medical secretaries. The duties include: • Psychosocial assessment and treatment work. • Crisis counseling, supportive/motivational conversations. • Community information. • Individual and group initiatives for children, parents and adults. • Telephone mapping. • Information meetings. • Teamwork with optometrists, vision educators and technicians. • Clinic and home visits. • Record keeping in the current medical record system - Cosmic. We also participate in continuous regional team meetings together with Northern Region by profession. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained as a social worker, meritorious if you are a licensed health and medical care curator. We would like to see that you have experience and are interested in rehabilitation for people with disabilities. Class B driver's license is required for the position, as travel is involved. Your personal qualities are very important to us. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a good atmosphere in the work group. You are flexible, positive and see opportunities in changes. We would like to see that you are empathetic, responsive and confident in your communication. You are independent but also work well in teams. You plan most of your work yourself, so it is good if you are structured and good at prioritizing. Employment form: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent.
