We are now recruiting dedicated school counselors for flexible part-time work at primary and secondary schools in Borlänge, Hedemora, and Ludvika About the Assignment Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have agreements with Borlänge, Hedemora, and Ludvika to support their municipal primary and secondary schools with dedicated temporary staff. Your Responsibilities As a school counselor, you will handle psychosocial assessments and evaluations of students, conduct individual support sessions and crisis interventions, provide guidance and consultation to teaching staff, contribute psychosocial expertise to the student welfare team, and engage in preventive and health-promoting work at the organizational and group levels. When needed, you will also report to social services and collaborate with external actors (e.g., BUP, social services).
