Then you could be our new colleague! At our clinic on Drottninggatan, we assess and treat people with psychotic illness. We work according to the FACT method (Flexible Assertive Community Treatment), which means we work with high flexibility and accessibility where many visits take place outside the clinic. The foundation of our approach is a recovery-oriented perspective. The team works in an integrated manner and consists of employees from both Region Skåne and the City of Malmö. At the clinic, which consists of four teams, approximately 60 people work, including nurses, residential pedagogues, work specialists, physicians, peer support, carers/nursing assistants, psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, curators, medical secretaries, and managers. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As a curator with us, you will have exciting and varied work where you meet patients at the clinic, in their homes, or at other locations. You are the primary care contact for a number of patients, which means you coordinate treatment work together with the patient, family members, and care neighbors. You are the team's specialist in the psychosocial field and have knowledge about services that patients can apply for outside the clinic. You also participate in doctor consultations, conduct your own consultation sessions, and lead initiatives for family members and children. In your daily work, you always have your team's support. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you if you have a degree in social work (socionomexamen). It is highly meritorious if you are a licensed healthcare and social welfare curator. If you belong to a licensed profession, Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. For non-licensed professions, good Swedish language skills in speech and writing are required. We would like to see that you have experience working in psychiatry or social psychiatry. As a person, you are confident in your professional role, curious, flexible, and engaged. You are skilled at collaborating, both internally and externally, and find it self-evident to treat both patients and colleagues with interest, openness, care, and respect. You share your knowledge and experience and contribute to a good work environment through your way of being. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
