Curator for the Rehabilitation Unit, Kungälv Hospital – Limited-Time Part-Time Position

Approximately 3,000 employees work with us every day to provide good and safe specialist healthcare of the highest quality. Description The Curator Unit consists of a total of 4 curators. At the hospital, we work on somatic care units with a focus on geriatrics with a stroke unit, medicine, surgery, and orthopedics. We also work with the hospital's various outpatient clinics such as medicine, surgery, and gynecology clinics and are part of several teams at the hospital. Organizationally, the curator team belongs to the Rehabilitation Unit together with occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, dietetics, stroke home rehabilitation team, mobile palliative team, and pain unit. The Rehabilitation Unit is part of the operational area of Geriatrics, Neurology, and Rehabilitation within Western Region Hospitals. Job Responsibilities We are now seeking a colleague who can strengthen the team during a limited period. We offer interesting and stimulating work in a wonderful team! As a curator at the Rehabilitation Unit, you work with somatic care units and outpatient clinics at the hospital and meet both patients and relatives who need crisis and support counseling. Teamwork is something we value highly, and as a curator in the unit, you collaborate with various teams at the hospital, both within and outside the unit. In addition to a good collaborative climate, there is considerable expertise within the work group where there are great opportunities for exchanging competencies and knowledge! The curators of course help each other, and when needed, work tasks from the somatic units, clinics, ICU, and emergency are distributed among them. Qualifications You must be a licensed healthcare and medical curator or social worker with several years of experience in the profession and have worked with crisis and support counseling. We are looking for someone who is professional, responsible, and has a good ability to structure and prioritize your work. You are initiative-taking, flexible, and enjoy working both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues from different professional groups. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. A driver's license is advantageous. Scope of Employment Part-time through January 31, 2027. We welcome your application!
