MiniMaria is a pilot project aimed at increasing access to early, coordinated, and evidence-based interventions for young people who are in or at risk of harmful use or addiction to alcohol, drugs, or gambling. The reception offers evidence-based, comprehensive support and intensive outpatient treatment. MiniMaria serves young people and young adults up to 25 years old living in Sandviken, Hofors, or Ockelbo municipality as well as their close relatives. The operation is run jointly by Region Gävleborg and the individual and family care administration in Sandviken municipality. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS At MiniMaria, a team of five treatment specialists works together, including one with healthcare competence. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for preventing and treating harmful use and addiction in young people and, when needed, involving other services necessary to improve the individual's well-being. We offer psychosocial treatment and counseling with a multidisciplinary and network-oriented approach. Everyone on the team will primarily work in a treatment capacity, but a portion of your professional duties will be directed toward healthcare. The position also includes outreach and informational work to make the operation known to all who need support or collaboration. MiniMaria's approach and treatment methods are evidence-based and are found in national care and intervention programs as well as national guidelines. As a curator at MiniMaria, you will, among other things: • work curatively and be responsible for motivational conversations and psychosocial treatment work according to recommended methods from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare • work from a holistic perspective regarding the young person's health and situation, which involves using screening and assessment tools • collaborate with other stakeholders and provide consultative support • work with counseling, support, and treatment • work with outreach and informational efforts • lead information meetings, network meetings, administrative meetings, and/or SIP meetings. You are flexible and have a strong ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently. You also have the ability to translate treatment methodology knowledge into practical work. Furthermore, you have a holistic perspective in your work and consider the patient's and the organization's best interests. To be part of MiniMaria's continued development, you need to be inspired by creating content, structure, and routines based on existing needs. In the role of curator, you should: • be a social worker or have other higher education that the employer deems equivalent • have several years of experience in psychosocial work with young people and their families • have experience working with patients with addiction issues and/or psychiatric diagnoses • hold a B driver's license. It is a merit if you have further education in the field, such as Step 1 CBT, FFT Functional Family Therapy, ACRA, or similar.
