Job Description The position involves work in both inpatient and outpatient care. You collaborate with the multiprofessional team to provide patients and their families with the psychosocial support they need. As a curator with us, your work tasks include providing psychosocial specialist expertise through crisis counseling, support conversations, psychosocial advice and assessment as well as interventions based on the patient's needs. The target group is adult patients and their loved ones, which includes children. You will meet patients with varying psychosocial needs such as unsustainable home situations, worry and anxiety. This means work involves collaboration with many different actors both within the Region but also with social insurance offices and municipal authorities. Through the fact that the operations are characterized by both planned and acute situations, you will get varied work with occasionally high work pace. Work Group The employment is in the Rehabilitation Team at the Surgical Clinic, where curators, dietitian, occupational therapist and physiotherapists work. The curators also have good and close collaboration with other curators working at CKOC. Through continuous professional meetings, joint supervision and cooperation during absences, the group actively works to strengthen the team, promote development work and also their own competence. About You We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker, preferably a licensed healthcare curator, with some years of experience in the profession. You need to be able to work independently and be able to plan, organize and prioritize in your daily work. The work is varied and contains both planned and urgent interventions which requires confidence in your professional role as well as the ability to be flexible in collaboration with different professional groups and in meeting patients and their families. Since the work also takes place in interprofessional teams, the work also requires good collaboration and communication skills.
