The operations run child psychiatric outpatient clinics in Helsingborg, Ängelholm, and Landskrona, as well as intermediate care including infant services and family day care. Child psychiatric inpatient care is located in Malmö. The child psychiatric clinics are tasked with providing specialized child and adolescent psychiatric outpatient care for patients up to 18 years old, which includes patients with moderate to severe mental health issues. Assessment and treatment work is carried out in an interdisciplinary team characterized by close collaboration between different professional groups. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS Our clinic is looking for a curator who enjoys a fast pace and a varied work day. As a curator at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Clinic (Bup) in Helsingborg, you will be part of a clinic with colleagues such as physicians, nurses, medical secretaries, curators, occupational therapists, psychologists, psychology assistants, and two unit managers. You will be part of our New Patient Team that meets many new patients and parents each week. In your role as a curator, you are an entry point to specialist psychiatry. This means that when you meet patients coming in for a new visit, you assess and evaluate their care needs. You map out, assess, plan, and provide psychoeducation, and collaborate as needed. You follow the patient for a limited time. Your work tasks include both clinical work and a significant amount of administration. Over time, treatment work may become relevant. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has worked in child and adolescent psychiatry and has experience in outpatient care, and preferably experience in inpatient care. You have a degree in social work or equivalent education, and it is highly meritorious if you are trained and licensed as a health care curator. If you belong to a licensed profession, Swedish language skills at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale are required. For non-licensed professions, good Swedish skills in spoken and written form are required. Additionally, it is advantageous if you have experience from specialist psychiatry and experience working with young people and the networks around them, and preferably also experience working with family systems. As a person, you are flexible, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy working in a team. In addition, you have a good ability to plan and structure your work independently and goal-oriented. You enjoy having many parallel tasks and prefer a varied work pace, and you easily adapt to changing circumstances. Great importance is placed on whether you have commitment to the patient group and personal suitability for the assignment.
