Within child and adolescent psychiatric operations in Hässleholm/Kristianstad, we offer traditional outpatient care, infant and toddler services, and access to intermediate care interventions. Our work is conducted in multidisciplinary teams with broad expertise. We have also established functional teams focused on specific problem areas. We maintain a creative and positive work environment in teams consisting of approximately 20-30 employees at each clinic, from various professional categories including physicians, nurses, care assistants, psychologists, curators, and medical secretaries. The infant and toddler services are located in Hässleholm. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Now there is a unique opportunity for you to participate in the initiative to develop and work in the team for infants and small children in the Operations Area in Hässleholm! We are now seeking a curator who, together with a psychologist, will drive this work forward. Your duties include conducting child psychiatric assessments and qualified interaction work with children under five years old together with their parents. Around each patient, you will work closely with a psychologist or therapist. Your responsibilities also include regular documentation and collaboration with partner services. Work environment is highly valued, and we care about good camaraderie with humor and open-mindedness. The position includes collaboration with partner services, such as parental and child health services, pediatric clinics, child and youth rehabilitation, preschools, and social services. You will work both independently and in collaboration with other team members in the outpatient care team and other infant and toddler teams in Region Skåne. We continuously focus on development and can offer you training of both shorter and more comprehensive nature. Work-related travel may occur. Working hours are daytime, Monday through Friday. QUALIFICATIONS You have a degree in social work. We view it positively if you hold a license as a health and medical care curator and/or have basic psychotherapy training. Swedish language proficiency at level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement for the position. Experience with child psychiatric treatment work with infant and toddler families and knowledge of children's early development and attachment are requirements for the position. It is meritorious if you have training in interaction-based treatment and advanced level 1 training. To thrive in this role, you have a strong commitment to children and their living conditions.
