Primary school/adapted primary school activities are part of the Education Administration. The activities include 21 primary schools and adapted primary school with a total of approximately 4,500 students. Four of the primary schools are upper secondary schools while the rest, with a few exceptions, cover grades F-6. The activities also include after-school care. Zederslundsskolan is a grades 7-9 school in central Motala with close access to transport. During the school day, students are often distributed into different teaching groups in, for example, core subjects and modern languages. We have a high proportion of qualified teachers and work in work teams and subject teams for student development towards higher achievement. The school's staff work and act together to support our students towards upper secondary school eligibility. The teaching rooms are well-equipped and well-adapted for a learning environment. Students have access to their own student computers and a high proportion of high-quality analog teaching materials. Student democracy is important at the school with a well-developed student council and class council. We work systematically together with student welfare and teachers for increased school attendance, and the curator role includes, among other things, supporting mentors in an attendance team together with SYV. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a school curator, you are part of the school's student welfare team and work in a health-promoting, preventative and intervention capacity at the organizational, group and individual level from a psychosocial and salutogenic perspective. You work in a cross-professional manner close to the educational activities and support students' development towards the goals of education. As a school curator, you work with accessible learning environments, adapted and differentiated teaching, and value-based work. You promote student attendance and counteract discrimination and harassment. If necessary, you participate in meetings with guardians and cooperate and mediate contact with other authorities and organizations in society. You cooperate with other school staff and participate in the school's systematic quality work and are part of the central student welfare network where student welfare curators meet regularly. QUALIFICATIONS Education - You have a degree in social work Swedish speaking and writing - You have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish Experience of curative work - Experience of curative work with children and young people as a target group is meritorious Further education - Further education as a health and medical care curator is meritorious You are confident in yourself, stand up for your opinions and have the courage to speak up when needed. You have the ability to distinguish between the matter and the person and can feel secure even in uncertain situations. You take active initiative in social contexts, step forward and find it easy to create new relationships and maintain relationships. Works well with other people. Relates to them in a responsive and flexible way. You can adapt and find win-win solutions through a non-pretentious focus on the common goal. Salary form: Monthly salary.
