The health clinics are part of the Southern Lapland local care area, which is a model area in the transition to close-to-home care. With effective collaboration and a focus on the citizen, we drive important change initiatives in the region and together with the municipality. Clinical assessment at a distance and digital care meetings are developing rapidly and are an important part of ensuring good, accessible, and close-to-home care in this area. Therefore, it is no coincidence that we are at the forefront in this field. The health clinic model, which is an important starting point for close-to-home care, characterizes both the approach and working methods in the operations' daily work. Vilhelmina, Åsele, and Dorotea health clinics are part of the same base unit and are located in Southern Lapland, about 50 kilometers from each other. The nearest hospital is in Lycksele, where the Region's ambulance helicopter is stationed. Our health clinics function as well-equipped mini-hospitals with access to acute care beds, X-ray, ambulance services, and laboratory facilities. Our telemedicine usage is well developed. Here work occupational therapists, midwives, physiotherapists, curators, doctors, psychologists, secretaries, nurses, and nursing assistants. We provide acute care as well as regular health center work and have well-developed collaboration among all our professional groups and with the municipalities. We are now seeking a curator for both Åsele health clinic with associated duties at Dorotea health clinic. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As a curator with us, you contribute to taking good care of others and helping people feel better. You work with psychosocial treatment both individually and in groups. You assess, investigate, and treat mild to moderate mental health issues. You work individually with assessments and treatment interventions but also work in a team around the patient together with other professionals at the health center and in the municipalities. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is educated as a social worker. It is meritorious if you also have education as a health and medical care curator and/or experience with CBT step 1. You are flexible, have good collaboration skills, and can work independently. You are positive about change work and actively contribute to a good working environment. You need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since travel is part of the job, a valid driver's license (category B) is required.
