Here work 21 dedicated employees within various professions such as doctors, district nurses, specialist nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. We currently have 5,700 registered patients of various ages, and together we work to best meet our patients' needs. In addition to the Young People's Mental Health unit (UPH) and standard health center services, we also offer doctor's appointments, nurse-led specialist clinics, and child health services. In your role as a curator, you are responsible for psychosocial care, which also includes supportive conversations and crisis processing. You are part of the health center's psychosocial team and work in close collaboration with colleagues in the unit as well as with the Young People's Mental Health (UPH) team to provide coordinated support based on the patient's needs. You will guide patients in finding ways forward by increasing their awareness of their life situation, their own opportunities, and resources. About You You are educated as a social worker or licensed healthcare curator. It is meritorious if you have further training in CBT or previous experience working in regional primary care. We are looking for someone with an attentive and accommodating approach, with a good ability to communicate and perceive each individual's unique needs. We also see that you are flexible, creative, and can think outside traditional frameworks. You are confident in your professional role and have an aptitude for creating trusting relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners. Through initiative and active engagement, you want to participate in the development work of the operation and contribute as a consultative resource in the daily cross-professional collaboration at the health center.
