We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and stable curator for our women's shelter - our counseling reception. Allas Kvinnors Hus is a non-profit organization working toward a society where no one has to be subjected to violence, threats, or sexual abuse in close relationships. People who have experienced violence in close relationships, honor-related violence and oppression, and sexual violence seek out our counseling reception. We meet abused adults and children, as well as their loved ones. At the reception, we work with individual conversations and conversation groups, always based on the manual-based AKH model. Now we are looking for a curator and colleague who wants to contribute to adults' and children's change processes, to strengthening their internal and external resources, and to reclaiming their life space. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: • Are a social worker or have other equivalent education • Have documented knowledge of different forms of violence in close relationships • Have documented knowledge of sexual violence • Have documented experience working with the reception's areas of activity • Have documented experience in conversations with adults and children who have experienced violence WE WISH THAT YOU: • Are secure and stable • Have the ability to meet people in crisis • Are flexible in the sense that you want to be part of a women's shelter where the needs of the target group and the operation guide the way Meritorious are B-level driver's license Multiple languages EMPLOYMENT We are looking for an employee for a full-time permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period.
