As a Customer Host, you're an important part of the workplace experience. With a warm welcome, attention to detail, and genuine service commitment, you contribute to creating a pleasant, welcoming, and well-functioning environment for customers, employees, and visitors. You're often the first person people meet and therefore play a central role in making everyone feel seen, welcomed, and cared for. At the same time, you ensure that daily operations run smoothly by handling both service inquiries and administrative tasks. Examples of your responsibilities include: Welcome and assist visitors Handle incoming calls and emails Other administrative tasks Handle fault reports Place and receive orders Manage coffee machines Ensure the office is clean and tidy Build good customer relationships Who are you? You're a positive and service-oriented person who enjoys variety and interaction with people. With a warm demeanor, strong commitment, and an unpretentious attitude, you create a welcoming environment where customers, visitors, and colleagues feel seen and cared for. You notice what needs to be done, take initiative, and readily contribute that little extra that makes a difference in daily work. We're looking for someone who Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Has good digital skills and learns new systems easily. Has at least one year of experience from a service-oriented role with a focus on customer interaction. Experience as a receptionist, customer host, or in customer service is a merit.
