About the role & our client: In your role as a customer service representative and sales agent for Telenor Consumer, you will help private customers with questions about phone services, broadband, subscriptions, prepaid cards, and TV packages. You will work with customer support, helpdesk, and incoming sales calls. Your primary task will be to provide customers with top-class service and create a positive customer experience.
