Customer Service Representative at Prylstaden.se, Full-Time, Immediate Placement

We are a company in expansion and are looking for a new team member to join our friendly office in Bromma (near Ulvsunda) in Stockholm. There are 3 of us here working in a pleasant atmosphere. Your main tasks will be helping customers via email, from selecting the right products to assisting with returns and complaints. We need someone who is cheerful and enjoys working in an office environment where your main tools are the computer and keyboard. We would appreciate it if you have experience with the above tasks, but it is not a requirement. We believe the work tasks are easy to learn, so we place more emphasis on your and our personal comfort than on your previous experience. Requirements: You have a friendly and positive attitude You speak and write fluent Swedish --------------------------------------------------- Are you an outgoing person who likes to spread joy at work, work in a team, and enjoy working with email/computer as your main tool? Then this job is for you! Customer contact is through email via our CRM system, but phone contact may also occur for certain matters.
