As a customer service employee, you will help our customers every day and at the same time become part of a stable and socially important operation. Here you get a varied job where you are an important link between customers and the business. The role suits you if you enjoy combining service and administration. Your Tasks: Receive and handle incoming calls and emails from customers Answer questions about, for example, electricity contracts, consumption, moving matters, power grid, and district heating Register and follow up on cases in our systems Other related tasks connected to sales and administration The position is at 75% and the placement is in Falkenberg. Who Are You? We are looking for you who have experience from a similar role in customer service and who are driven to create good customer experiences. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to give our customers a professional and friendly treatment. It is meritorious if you have experience from the energy industry or similar operations. You have good computer skills and express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing. With us you will work in ProBill and Lime. As a person, you are self-driven, initiative-taking, and solution-oriented.
