Customer Service Representative / Sales

Hyllie Service AB is a cleaning company in Malmö that offers, among other services, home cleaning, office cleaning, moving cleaning, deep cleaning, and window washing. We are now looking for a social, driven, and service-oriented person who wants to work with sales, customer service, and help us acquire new customers. The work will mainly be performed from our office in Hyllie. Responsibilities Manage and update our social media. Contact and follow up on potential customers via platforms such as Servicefinder and Leadhive. Contact businesses and offices to present our cleaning services. Follow up on leads and actively work to acquire new recurring customers. Maintain contact with existing and potential customers. Perform standard customer service tasks. Schedule and follow up on customer visits. Travel to potential customers to view residences and premises and estimate time required for quotations. If needed, assist with cleaning work, for example in case of staff shortages. What we are looking for Speak and write Swedish fluently. Can communicate in English. Are social, self-motivated, and comfortable talking with new people. Can work independently and take own responsibility. Have an interest in sales and customer service. Are organized and good at following up with customers. Previously worked in the cleaning industry (preferred). Previous sales experience is a merit. A driver's license is not required. We can provide a car for customer visits, or alternatively offer you a ride if needed. We are particularly interested in applicants who have access to some form of employment support via Arbetsförmedlingen, such as new start jobs or introduction jobs. About the position This is a full-time position of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with workplace at our office in Hyllie.
