You will initially be employed by Asta Agency but will work on-site at the company in Sollentuna. About the Position This is a role for you who enjoys meeting people and wants to combine customer service with administrative and finance-related tasks. You will become an important part of daily operations and work closely with both private and corporate customers as well as colleagues on-site. The role suits you if you enjoy creating structure, providing excellent service, and being part of work where service and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life. Your responsibilities include: Receive private and corporate customers on-site Handle incoming calls and inquiries Perform basic administration related to finance Provide service and support in daily operations Qualifications and Qualities To thrive in this role, we believe you are social, service-oriented, and comfortable interacting with different people. You work carefully, take responsibility for your tasks, and have the ability to remain calm even when multiple things happen at once. Since you work closely with others, it is also important that you are communicative and enjoy collaborating.
