About the job We are looking for customer service talent who can meet our clients' expectations. If you have strong communication skills and experience in customer service, we can teach you the rest. In this role, you will provide support and service regarding our clients' product insurance via phone and email to customers with inquiries about terms, claims, and complaints. Your responsibilities will include: Handling and delivering support in insurance and claims matters for a wide range of consumer products. Contributing to the development and optimization of our processes to ensure smooth claims settlement and satisfied customers. Following our KPIs for call duration, processing times, and service level. Familiarizing yourself with our clients' insurance terms and product offerings to deliver excellent service.
