Right now, we're looking for a positive customer service representative with the title Collection Advisor Assistant who wants to become part of our wonderful team! About the Role As a customer service representative with us, you will have daily contact with customers via phone and email, where you answer questions about invoices, payments, and other financial matters. You'll be an important link between our customers and case handlers and will also support our Collection Advisors in their work. In addition to customer contact, you'll handle various administrative tasks, such as outgoing calls, mail handling, and other documentation. We offer thorough training, and over time you'll have the opportunity to develop within the company, take on more responsibility, and specialize in different areas. Is This You? We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, communicative, and enjoys working in a team. You have a positive attitude and like helping others. Experience is not required – what matters most is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn! We believe you: · Have at least upper secondary education · Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good English · Are thorough and organized · Have good communication skills and enjoy customer interactions · Have experience from service roles (a plus, but not required) Who Are We?
