We are in an expansive phase and are now seeking an engaged and driven customer service representative who wants to help take our customer experience to the next level. About the Role As a customer service representative at Kylslaget, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers. The role requires that you are comfortable working at a fast pace and feel confident with both phone and computer work. You will also serve as a central communication link between our sales team, technicians, and other colleagues – which places high demands on your collaboration skills and solution-oriented approach. The position is based at our headquarters in Vallentuna, at Fågelsångsvägen 16. You will work on-site during daytime hours, Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00. The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probation period, with compensation in the form of a fixed monthly salary by agreement.
