In your role as a Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. You are often the customer's first point of contact with the company, which means you are service-oriented and skilled at communication. We are looking for a collaborative person with strong communication abilities. You are passionate about delivering excellent service by being attentive and available to customers. You are also organized and thorough, able to prioritize and take a solution-oriented approach even when the pace is high.
