In your role as a customer service representative, you will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. You will often be the customer's first point of contact with the company, which means you are service-oriented and skilled at communicating. We are looking for a collaborative person with strong communication skills. You are passionate about delivering excellent service by being attentive and available to customers. You are also organized and thorough, and can prioritize and take a solution-oriented approach even when the pace is fast.
