Responsibilities
Our task in Driver Testing is to conduct tests in the driving license and professional traffic areas. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to ensuring that every customer feels welcome, receives clear information, and has the best conditions to demonstrate their knowledge.
The work tasks vary, and you rotate among the team throughout the day to perform different tasks. In your daily work, you will meet many different customers, so customer service and clear communication are important parts of your role. Your duties include the government assignment of administering knowledge tests both in groups, individually, and sometimes with an interpreter. At times the work involves a fast pace, so you need to thrive with that as part of the job. You work according to a set schedule, and work at other locations may occur. You will work with, among other things:
Reception work
Administering knowledge tests
Answering customer questions
Administration of driving license photos in connection with driving license tests and driving license renewal
Performing general office tasks
Qualifications
Who are you?
You will be our face to the outside and the first person our customers meet, so we see that you are a confident and service-oriented person who enjoys meeting new people. It is important that you are a communicative person, which means you convey messages in a clear and respectful manner and adapt your communication to the recipient. You have a positive attitude and are committed to contributing to good cooperation within the team. Furthermore, you have a flexible and problem-solving approach and can easily adapt to new circumstances and situations, always with the customer's and organization's best interests in focus.
We are looking for someone who
has completed upper secondary education
is at least 23 years old, which is the minimum age to administer knowledge tests according to the Transport Agency's regulations on commissioning to conduct tests
has several years of current and relevant work experience with physical customer meetings, such as in reception/customer service/information desk with frequent customer contact
has good knowledge of Swedish in writing
has good knowledge of Swedish in speech
has basic knowledge of English in speech
has good computer skills and is experienced in working with the Office suite
has a driving license for a manual transmission passenger car
