Responsibilities We offer you a position with varying daily tasks. The best part of the job is that you will be in contact with many healthcare providers and customers from all over Sweden as well as our partners who need your help and guidance on various questions regarding orders, requisitions, sample packaging, and handling of samples and results. You will have the opportunity to represent our services in the best way as our face to the outside world and be an important representative of SYNLAB in the healthcare chain. The main responsibility is to have telephone contact with our customers. The ability to communicate properly with customers is the most important aspect, which is why we are looking for a person with excellent communication skills. Customer service is our first point of contact where customers and healthcare providers reach us, and we place great importance on how we treat customers, patients, and colleagues. As part of our customer service team, you should be customer-focused, service-oriented, and able to help those who call. You will have support from other colleagues in the department as well as in various other departments. You will also work with registering requisitions in our Lab Data System (CLIMS), recording results, receiving additional orders, and helping with some billing documentation. You work independently but are comfortable working in a team and have good collaboration skills. The position is located in Täby, where we have our central laboratory. We offer an introduction program to help you familiarize yourself with our routines and strengthen your competencies. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities This position is within an accredited operation where great emphasis is placed on standardized working methods and high quality in the work we perform for our customers and the patient behind every sample. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is organized, thorough, quality-conscious, independent, and driven. It is also important that you have the ability to collaborate with other departments within the organization and enjoy working with continuous improvements with a desire to influence and develop operations. The laboratory's work is governed by documents written in Swedish, so you need to have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
