On January 1, 2027, we are starting a new assignment in Skurup municipality and are now looking for a committed and organized Customer Service and Administration Manager who wants to join us as early as October 1, 2026, and contribute to a successful launch. You will be a central function in the operation and work closely with customers, drivers, management, and clients. About the Role The focus of the role is on administration, customer service, and system management. You are responsible for daily customer contact, administration of subscriptions and billing, and ensure that information and cases are handled correctly in our systems. At the same time, you function as a local transport coordinator and support daily operations through planning, coordination, and contact with the operation's sanitation workers and drivers. You will work in EDP Future, which is the core of administrative management, making experience with EDP or equivalent systems a requirement for the position. The role is independent and suits you if you thrive with responsibility, high service focus, and many points of contact. Main Responsibilities Manage customer service and handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and digital systems. Administer subscriptions, customer registers, container management, and other customer-related tasks. Responsible for billing, billing documentation, and ongoing administrative follow-up. Register, follow up, and close cases in EDP Future. Plan and coordinate daily operations together with drivers and management. Serve as contact person for clients, customers, and internal functions. Handle discrepancies, complaints, and operational issues. Contribute to establishing and developing routines, working methods, and processes before and after traffic start. Prepare documentation, reports, and statistics as needed. Qualifications Requirements Experience working with EDP Future or equivalent systems. Experience in customer service and administrative work. Experience in billing and administrative processes. Good computer skills and experience with business and operational systems. Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Category B driver's license. Meritorious Experience with EDP Mobile. Experience from waste, recycling, or transport industry. Experience in transport coordination or operational planning. Experience from contract operations with municipal assignments.
