About You Bahnhof grows with almost 30,000 new customers per year, and it is important to provide all customers with the best possible service. Therefore, we are looking for you who are passionate about service and technology and who would like to be Bahnhof's voice on the phone. We guess that you are a positive person who gets energized by finding problems and then doing something about them. You like to explain and have the ability to make difficult things simpler. If you have worked with technical issues before or if you have a technical interest and networking knowledge, that is a merit, but absolutely not required. We see it as an advantage if you have at least high school level education. Of course, you also have the ability to maintain confidentiality and business secrets within the company - Bahnhof is a strong advocate of privacy and confidentiality! Your Tasks Bahnhof is expanding and looking for three people for the customer service department in Borlänge who will work with both delivery administration and customer support issues for private customers. You are the person our private customers call when they need technical help, for example if their internet connection is not working as it should, or when they want to know the status of their internet delivery. You will handle troubleshooting of broadband, IP telephony, IP-TV, e-mail, anti-virus, and VPN. Together with the customer, you will go through, for example, home networks and other equipment. The questions can be of varying nature and difficulty, but don't worry! We make sure you know everything you need to know before you start taking calls. Your first week with us will consist of training, both theoretical and practical. You will get a presentation of Bahnhof's products and services, listen to calls, and fairly soon you will get to take your own calls. Of course, you will have a person from support by your side who you can ask when you have questions. You will also have access to our technical "in-house guide" where we have collected several years of knowledge about various technical equipment and solutions.
