Your main responsibilities will include: All occurring customer service tasks Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries Deviation management Customer service emails Documentation in Visma Archiving orders Monitoring and managing external work Qualifications/Requirements: Previous experience with similar roles High service awareness Able to juggle multiple tasks Computer proficiency Curious and willing to ask "Why?" Characteristics: Able to work independently, carefully, and take responsibility for your tasks, as well as be stress-resilient.
