Customer Support for Pelle P!

Pelle P is looking for you to work in their customer support. Are you a driven person with a strong service mindset toward both customers and colleagues? In our customer support, you'll work in a varied and hands-on role that changes throughout the year depending on the season and business needs. The role particularly focuses on providing service and support to our business and consumer customers, but you'll also support other support matters for our internal departments. The role involves a combination of administrative and operational work. You handle various matters daily via email and phone, and work with communication with stores, order placement, returns, delivery inquiries, product information, and other customer and order-related questions. The work is varied and also involves helping with practical tasks when needed, such as picking up and delivering goods, light warehouse work, and supporting operations where needed. You work closely with those responsible in each department and actively contribute to creating a high level of service, increasing sales, and providing a positive customer experience across our various sales channels. This role suits you if you enjoy combining administrative tasks and service with more hands-on and flexible work. We're looking for someone who: Has great passion for service, is outgoing and enjoys meeting people Collaborates well and contributes to a positive team spirit Is responsible, proactive, and able to switch between different tasks Is skilled at and enjoys handling administrative tasks Is a quick learner with good understanding of technology and various systems Isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and pitch in where needed Understands Pelle P's world and target audience, and ideally has an interest in fashion, clothing, and the active lifestyle that the Pelle P brand represents Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently Has at least a category B driver's license; a manual B driver's license is a merit It's a merit if you: Have previous sales experience, preferably in the clothing industry or similar field Share our customers' interest in sailing, skiing, or golf. The position is based at our head office in Billdal and is a full-time employment with a probationary period.
