Rejmes operates 14 workshops in 12 locations across parts of Östergötland, Örebro, and Värmland counties, while Finnvedens Bil has 3 workshops in 3 locations in Småland and Halland. DC Talents is now seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our client Tage Rejmes Bil AB in Norrköping. This position is set up as contract staffing, where you will initially be offered a 6-month contract followed by further extensions before conversion or direct conversion to permanent employment. You will be based at the company's office in Norrköping. We use continuous selection, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. ABOUT THE ROLE Would you like to work in a social and goal-oriented customer service environment where you can combine customer contact, sales, and problem-solving? You will have an important role in contact with Rejmes customers, both when they reach out to us and when you proactively contact them to book service and maintain customer relationships. Your daily work also includes sales where you offer Rejmes services, with the customer and business in focus. Your main responsibilities Receive and handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Identify customer needs and professionally recommend relevant measures and additional sales opportunities. Act as a service advisor and help customers identify their vehicle's service, repair, and maintenance needs. Schedule and plan service and workshop visits. Complete work orders and ensure technicians have the correct information before work begins. Order spare parts and register information required for accurate time estimates and planning. Proactively contact existing customers to book service and follow up on customer relationships. Beyond this, the role also includes receiving, registering, and categorizing internal helpdesk inquiries for the group's employees. Over time, you will be trained to resolve these inquiries as well. The work is varied and you have great freedom to plan your own day. Approximately two hours per day you work with incoming customer inquiries, while the remaining time is primarily devoted to proactive customer contact and service bookings. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone with upper secondary education and experience in customer service or similar customer-facing work. You have good computer skills, hold a valid driver's license (Class B), and communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus.
