ABOUT THE POSITION As a customer service representative at Stadium, you help customers and organizations with questions about products, services, and digital solutions. You work primarily via phone and email and become an important part of an engaged team that together creates a positive customer experience. You are service-oriented, engaged, and enjoy working together with others toward common goals. An interest in sports is a plus, but not a requirement. WE ALSO SEE THAT YOU Communicate fluently in speech and writing in Swedish, good English skills Have good computer skills Have a complete secondary school diploma or equivalent PRACTICAL INFORMATION Start: According to agreement Scope: Full-time temporary position until 31/12 2026 Salary: According to collective agreement Location: Norrköping, Norra Promenaden Working hours: Open every day 8–17. The position is mainly Monday–Friday, but occasional weekend shifts may occur. Growing up in their parents' grocery store, they had gained a sense of entrepreneurship and retail sales. Their interest in sports came from childhood when their mother guided them up and down the ski slopes outside their hometown of Norrköping, and in 1987 they opened their first store. Stadium has today grown to become an obvious player in sports and sportswear and is found throughout Sweden.
