Your Role As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for customers. You handle inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels and ensure that each customer receives professional treatment. The work includes: Assisting customers with questions about services and products Handling more complex matters and requests Providing customers with tips and advice on solutions that can help them Registering, following up, and documenting cases in internal systems Supporting customers with digital services and platforms As part of the new department, you will be involved from the start and help create a stable and well-functioning customer service. You work closely with colleagues and managers in a positive and supportive environment where everyone contributes to development.
