About the Role:
In this role, you'll be part of an engaged customer service team where you help customers via phone, email, and administrative matters. You answer questions, guide customers to the right solutions, and work with a focus on quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

You are attentive, professional in customer interactions, and have a clear focus on service and quality. With a holistic perspective and strong commitment, you contribute to the team's common goals – always with the customer at the center.
We'd like to see that you have:
Previous experience working with customer service or other service-oriented work.
A complete high school diploma or equivalent.
Speak and write fluently in Swedish or English.
A passed credit check (UC), as the role involves handling financial information.
Practical Information:
Start: Mid-August (more information at interview)
Scope: Full-time temporary assignment until 12/31 2026.
Salary: According to collective agreement
Location: Central Stockholm
