About the Position This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at DHL Freight. DHL Freight's customer service in Växjö handles all customer service for domestic transports. In total, there are approximately 140 employees, and the Frontline department consists of 90 employees who value good community. The company strives to have fun together, reach goals, help customers grow, and celebrate successes. 💼 Responsibilities As a customer service representative, you are responsible for receiving, handling, and administering incoming requests via phone, email, and chat. The requests concern questions before, during, and after transport from customers located throughout Sweden. You interact with both corporate customers and private individuals, where the important thing is to find the right solution and provide good service. You also work closely with other functions within customer service and DHL Freight. This is to strengthen relationships and collaboration within DHL Freight with the goal of continuous improvement. In the role, you will initially receive an introduction to create understanding of the company's work methods and systems. You will have the opportunity to develop together with your department and the entire customer service team. DHL Freight has divided customer questions into different knowledge areas, which means you will start by learning one knowledge area and then build further with more. Together with your colleagues, you help and support each other. 🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Completed secondary education or equivalent Work experience in customer service, customer-oriented role, or administration Good computer and system skills You speak and write fluent Swedish and English We are looking for someone with good communication skills who prefers working collaboratively with others. Since availability and customer service are important for delivering a positive customer experience, we see that you are motivated to provide good service. Since the work requires high structure and organization, you are also a meticulous person, comfortable working in a computer environment, and have the ability to prioritize your work. It is also important that you can handle a varied work pace and are flexible, as workload can vary.
