Now we're entering the year's most intense (and fun!) period - Black Week and holiday shopping are just around the corner, and we need to strengthen our Customer Relations team to deliver the same FABULOUS service even when the pressure is at its peak. Do you have a SUPER SKILL in communication and problem-solving? Your Daily Work Together with your colleagues, you will be the customer's personal advisor and support. Within the team, we provide service through several different communication channels: phone, chat, and email 📞✉️ The cases range from delivery and product questions to returns and complaints. During Black Week and holiday shopping, there's extra high tempo and it's especially important that every customer feels seen, despite the volumes. You will be part of our wonderful Customer Support team in Vansbro, supporting customers in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. Who You Are For this role, we believe you: Are passionate about delivering world-class customer service Are skilled at building relationships and see communication as a strength Have previous experience with customer interactions in a service-oriented role Have fluent Swedish in speech and writing as well as good knowledge of English Learn new tools and systems quickly, as you'll need to get up to speed fast Employment Details The position is located at our office in Vansbro, Äppelbovägen 60 We are recruiting for two roles (specify in your application which one(s) you're interested in) Fixed-term position: start as soon as possible – January 31, 2027 Temporary assignment: start as soon as possible - March 31, 2027 Work hours Monday–Friday, varying shifts 07–16, 08–17, or 11–20 Work takes place on-site at the Vansbro office Start date: as soon as possible, or by agreement Apply quickly and easily without a CV or cover letter!
