About the role
As a customer service agent, you work with incoming customer inquiries via phone. You help customers in a professional and efficient manner, where quality and customer care are always in focus.
In this role, working hours may vary between day, evening and night shifts depending on which project you are assigned to.
The work includes:
Handling bookings and cancellations
Assisting both private and corporate customers
Working towards clear goals linked to customer satisfaction and efficiency
You will be an important part of the team where your contribution directly impacts both customer experience and results.

Speak Swedish fluently in speech and writing and have basic English
